The free statutory corpus consists of government works — Bare Acts, Rules, and CBDT/CBIC circulars & notifications — which are not subject to copyright. Paid reference books are licensed and shown only to members who hold a live entitlement.

• Usage — the questions you ask and token counts, to power your answers, your usage meter, and the per-account ₹ cap. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

• Author requests — if you use the "Become an author" form, we store the name, email, area of practice and message you submit, solely to review and respond to your request.
