If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of first purchase, provided you have made only minimal use of the service (a fair-use threshold on AI questions/downloads). After 7 days, or beyond fair use, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of your paid term. You can cancel auto-renewal any time from your account — cancellation stops the next charge; it does not refund the current term.
Digital books and soft copies are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once opened/downloaded, except where the file is defective, wrongly delivered, or inaccessible due to a fault on our side — in which case we will fix access or refund that item.
Credit packs are refundable within 7 days only if entirely unused. Once any credit is consumed, the pack is non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire during your active plan unless stated at purchase.
If you are charged but do not receive access, or are charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the excess in full. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days (bank timelines may vary).
